The spacious dining island seats 5 and doubles as the kitchenette prep area. Gather over appetizers, poker, and conversation together at the comfortable bar-height stools.
So many coffee and tea options, large cups, small cups, syrups and sweetner. Bring your favorite creamer with you!
Stocked and ready for you, the Kitchenette has pretty much everything you need for cost-effective meal prep for breakfast and lunch.
Snuggle up on the daybed and lounge seating for friend time and watch the crazy antics of the birds, squirrels, and racoons passing by.
No better place to open or close your day than relaxing with your person, favorite beverage in hand, and feeding the fish!

Seasonal gardens in the lower backyard are a deer favorite and guest's pups like to tour the area too! The lawn is accessed by the stairs right off the pond and there's a bench partway down to sit and watch the happenings.
Fall is the perfect season to eat outside! Warm, crisp mornings and evening and crickets still calling to each other.
Secure bike storage on the main parking level! Bring your bikes and we'll set the side door code. Hang, lean, kick stand or charge your eBike! Floor pump, cleaning supplies and PT's too!

Kitchenette: Sharp knives, cutting boards, pots and pans, dishes, flatware, glassware, and kettle.
Appliances: Induction burner, microwave, and Air Fry/Convection/Toaster Oven.
Amenities: Abingdon Olive Oil, Vinegar, fresh-ground salt/pepper. Ziplocs, foil, plastic wrap, PT, bag clips, hand/dish soap, linens, cleaning supplies.

Breakfast/Coffee-Tea Bar:
Keurig and Cuisinart Drip makers, locally roasted coffee, reusable pods.
Loose tea,Tazo teas, sweeteners, & syrups. Hot chocolate & marshmallows.
Placemats, cloth napkins (paper too), and hot pads for oven cooking.

Queen ensuite bedrooms:
Dressers, walk-in closets, suitcase stands, natural bedding, many pillows, memory-foam mattresses with natural bedding and extra pillow and blanket.
Floor fans, in-room seating, candles, white noise machine, and blackout curtains.
En-suite bathrooms: Many towels, artisan bathing soap and lotion, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, and a flat iron.

Throws are stored in Great Room basket to move where ever needed!
On warm days I suggest opening the two sliding doors to listen to the birds, fish and waterfall splashing, and enjoy the fresh air.

Parents Traveling with wee ones: I offer BabyQuip baby equipment rentals for a separate fee.

Traveling with a pup? They'll enjoy the lawn, fish spotting, and exploring the partially-fenced property.
One (1) medium-sized, well behaved dog, at or under 40 pounds is welcome.
